We are sorry that you are dissatisfied with the product you received – a decorative brass border produced by Amati. The decoration has the shape shown in the picture. Unfortunately, its plasticity is not as shown in the picture. However, it is only a flat etched product. Unfortunately, we only present the official pictures provided by Amati.
If you want to increase the plasticity of individual decorations, I would recommend spraying or painting them with a thicker layer of varnish or putty. You can even apply several layers. Once dry, this will increase the profile of the individual decorations. This will increase the plasticity of the entire ornament.

All good. The shop has many items that are not available elsewhere and they are (in my experience) very high quality items. There is a little delay due to the international postage and the need for customs clearance but this is not an issue if you are not in a hurry. I’ll be ordering again when the need arises.
