Very soon, however, it turned out that they had created an incredibly fast ship, which under the command of Captain Angus Walters began to collect victories in all regattas along the east coast of the United States and Canada. Imagine that - an ordinary fishing boat has become the fastest yacht! Her fame spread, she got on coins and postage stamps, in the emblem of her under II. World War II had the 434th Bomber Squadron of the Royal Canadian Air Force and its silhouette can be found today on car license plates in Nova Scotia! Bluenos' career ended in 1946 after a shipwreck off the coast of Haiti, but the ship was not forgotten. In 1964, its exact replica Bluenose II was launched, which was navigating until 2010 - and then replaced by a newly built ship of the same name launched in 2013. The Bluenose schooner is designed for moderately advanced shipbuilders; is designed as a non-floating desktop mockup.
The Bluenose has a hull of classic wooden construction from laser-cut parts with a plank plating and a wooden deck. The kit contains all the wooden and plastic parts needed to complete the model, mock-up accessories, tarpaulins, etc.
