This twin-masted ship was a special ship designed for coastal bombardment, and was therefore fitted with a large mortar in the bow. The model is quite unique in its own way, and also quite rare to find.
The kit contains, besides the ship mouldings, sails, printed flags and instructions. This model is very similar to the wooden model of the Grando ship by Amati, which you can also order HERE. If anyone is interested in a monograph of this ship, please let me know.
The gallery also contains photos of the finished model, with very basic rigging. Still the model is very interesting. At the end of the gallery is a very simple plan of the model, and mainly a pictorial list of the models offered by Pyro. These are mostly small, simple models, with the occasional curiosities like this model, or the American Cup Racer, Blockade Runner and others.
